2. How do I get started?

3. Is there any customer service representative whom I can contact if I have a complaint?
YES. Our support staff is always willing to assist you with any of your concerns. They are available on the following schedules, Mondays to Fridays via chat, phone, email or our Yahoo pingbox to the right, 09:00PM – 06:00AM EST
4. How long does it take before you start working for me?
As long as we have available workers, as soon as you paid the setup fee, you can get started.
5. How do I send my payments?
We accept all payments by Paypal. Please send them to support@philippinesoutsourcingcorp.com
6. Do your employees speak and write English?
Yes. All our employees are college graduates who have proficient communication skills in the English language.
7. Am I allowed to have direct contact with my agent?
Yes. You can have direct contact with your worker but only by Email and googletalk chat or call.
9. Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. We reward 10% discount for every referral given by all our existing clients. For more details, please see Affiliate page .
10. How can I join the affiliate program?
By availing any of our services and becoming our client, you become an automatic member of our affiliate program.
13. How can I trust that my intellectual property is secure?
We can always sign a NDA. Also, our employees are under contract with us so you are secured that your original ideas remain your own.
14. Is there a contract which I should sign?
Yes. You must sign the contract before getting started.
15. What if I am not satisfied with the output?
Our support people are always ready to work with you in every way possible. We can redo the work for you as long as we found out that you have given specific instructions and the fault was on our side.
16. Why should I outsource if my employees are doing the job anyway?

17. Is there a setup cost that I have to pay?
Yes. $250.00 upfront which covers the worker’s worksation and hardware. Setup cost is non-refundable.
18. Do I have to pay for the 13th month and vacation/sick leaves of my Employee?
No. The company shoulders the 13th month and the leave benefits of your employees.
